Tenant Reps do not represent Landlords or manage any properties, the only goal is to find the ideal location for a business’s needs/wants.
Businesses can utilize Tenant Reps to save them time and money, negotiate on their behalf, provide the due diligence needed, and be their personal advocate in the negotiation of their Lease/Purchase. All of these provided services are at no cost to a Tenant Rep’s client, the landlord/seller pays the fee. Tenant Reps provide a free service and work hard to secure the best deal possible for their respective clients.

Alex comes equipped with a very successful close rate, and attributes this to his knowledge of the market and industry, as well as placing the highest importance on building relationships. This is a relationship business, and the ability to cultivate long term relationships with all clients is an extremely valuable and necessary aspect to the profession.

This way both Alex and his client can feel comfortable with not only the real estate decision they made, but the business decision as well.
