About Timothy Kolb’s
Timothy Kolb’s home inspection career began in 2006, as the housing market for the Phoenix Metro area and its outer-lying communities in Maricopa County reached new peaks of growth and expansion. Originally from the Ohio valley, Tim brings his skills from the trade lines of construction, and the electrical field.
As an honorably discharged veteran of the USAF he expanded his knowledge of these and other fields such as building maintenance, flight line support, and various other missions and duties. Working in the corporate world for years after his military service and seeing the possibility of working for himself he was encouraged by a good friend to join him in going back to school and into the real estate field. After successfully completing the Arizona State requirements to become a licensed home inspector, he prepared all avenues of business through his knowledge, experience, and training in supervision and customer service, by creating his own company.
It is Tim’s passion to bring, not only satisfaction to his clients, but added value. He aims to exceed their expectations by going the extra mile and treating each person he works with like family.
